*The appointed Lawyer will handle a caseload of housing disrepair claims from start to completion, ensuring timely and efficient progress.
*You will will liaise with landlords, housing associations, and local authorities to negotiate settlements or pursue litigation when necessary.
*Applications are open to case handlers with three years of experience who are proficient in managing cases while ensuring full compliance with statutory legislation and relevant case law.
*You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
