*Mentoring and developing junior members of the team

Profile
A successful Audit & Accounts Manager should have:
*A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
*Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
*Proven management experience within the professional services industry
*Strong understanding of audit and accounting practices
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Commitment to continuous professional development
*Minimum of 6/7 years of UK practice experience required.
