Job Description:
WHAT TO EXPECT
We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for continuous improvement and process optimisation. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our manufacturing operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained across our product range.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and drive process improvement initiatives across the production floor, identifying opportunities to optimise cost, quality, scrap reduction and delivery.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to identify and resolve production issues.
*Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any process-related issues.
*Support production team through process stabilization and improvements
*Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and suggest improvements.
*Support the introduction of new products and processes, ensuring smooth transitions from concept to full-scale production.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
*A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering) or equivalent experience.
*Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within automotive, aerospace or a foundry Industry.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
*Experience of contributing to multiple tasks and projects whilst managing small teams
*Ability to work using Microsoft Office and CAD software
*Current, valid driving licence
