They are seeking a Credit Controller to join the Accounting & Finance department, where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the finances of our retail company to ensure financial stability and efficient operation.

Description
You will be responsible for:
*Manage and oversee the entire credit granting process
*Monitor and resolve billing and credit issues
*Evaluate customer’s creditworthiness
*Create credit scoring models to predict risks
*Set up payment plans and ensure payments are received promptly
*Update account status records and collection efforts
*Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
*Ensure compliance with regulations and adhere to company policies
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
*A degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
*Proven experience as a Credit Controller or similar role
*Solid understanding of lending procedures
*Excellent knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
*Proficiency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
*Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
