Our client is seeking a technically skilled and creative Performance Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in optimizing marketing efforts and driving results. If you have a passion for performance marketing and a desire to be effective in the EdTech space, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
*Plan, execute and measure performance-based marketing strategies and campaigns
*Create and manage paid digital advertising and retargeting campaigns across a range of platforms such as Google-Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, Meta and LinkedIn
*Anaylse campaign performance against KPI’s using tools such as GoogleAnalytics
*Take a data-driven approach to decision making to improve campaign performances
*Develop and implement technical and content-driven SEO strategies to improve search rankings
*Work cross-functionally to develop multimedia and obtain market feedback
*Manage an external digital marketing agency in the technical implementation of Google Tag Manager, GA4, marketing pixels and other tracking tags
*Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and data analysis
*Liaise with sales, success and product teams to align marketing with overall business goals
*Stay up to date with best practices for performance marketing, making recommendations to the business as technology evolves.
Skills and experience required:
Advanced knowledge of advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and YouTube Advertising
GoogleAnalytics 4, UTM Parameters for tracking campaign performance
CRM marketing and automation, Reporting and data analysis, copywriting, conversion rate optimisation and the ability to technically brief and manage an external digital marketing agency
Must be proficient with:
Google Tag Manager, including containers, tags, triggers, variable and data layers
Working with marketing attribution models
Other marketing tracking mechanisms such as pixels and tags
GDPR and cookies and email marketing
Would also be advantageous to have:
HTML, CSS, Javascript
Hotjar
Power BI
Salesforce, Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement)
