About You
*Previous experience working with children and young people with SEND
*An empathetic and patient individual with a passion for supporting students’ learning and development
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Able to provide tailored support and implement behaviour plans
*The ability to work independently and effectively in a team
*Enhanced DBS certificate (or be happy to obtain one)
*Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
