Job title: part time Accounts Assistant
Hours: 22 hours a week - ideally spread 3 - 5 days a week
Location: A short walk from Cannon Street station
Duration: 3 months, possibly for longer

Working as part of the wider finance team you will support team in providing a timely and effective service to the wider charity.
Your day to day duties as part time Accounts Assistant will include;
*Process accounts payable invoices
*Complete weekly payment runs , sending remittance advise and process staff expenses
*Reconcile all purchase ledger and staff expenses accounts
*Accurately inputting income on relevant journals
*Complete month end reconciliations of bank, and supplier statements
*Reconcile credit card statements
*Prepare and post monthly prepayment journals
*Assist with year end process by ensuring all expenditure is correctly recorded
In this busy and diverse role, the skills you will bring to the position of part time Accounts Assistant will include;
*Prior experience of charity accounting
*Knowledge of accruals and prepayments
*Ability to work in varied and fast paced role
*Working knowledge of Sage Line 50
