Job Description:
Our client are seeking a dynamic, flexible administrator to join their growing team in the heart of beautiful Henley - on-Thames on a part-time basis. You will join a small but busy team and provide support across a variety of areas including daily administration duties.
Flexibility around hours from the office in Henley, you will be part of a successful business.
Key Duties:
*Support with Company Secretarial Matters
*Updating and maintaining CRM and databases
*Maintaining accurate records
*Handling daily administrative tasks including data entry and inbox management
*liaise with department to obtain accurate information for customers
*Ensure customer satisfaction and obtain feedback
The right person:
*Previous Administration experience
*Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel for reporting and formulas
*Keen to learn and develop new skills
*Highly organised
*Good eye for detail
*Excellent communication skills
*Proactive attitude and flexibility to support with a variety of tasks
