Description
*Conducting thorough property inspections and assessments
*Identifying and rectifying disrepair issues in a timely manner
*Producing detailed reports on property conditions and work carried out
*Ensuring compliance with relevant property regulations and standards
*Maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders
*Assisting in the development and implementation of maintenance strategies
*Managing contractors and overseeing quality of work
*Collaborating with the wider property team to achieve organisational goals
Profile
A successful Interim Disrepair Surveyor should have:
*Relevant qualifications in Property Surveying or a related field
*Experience in property maintenance and repair
*Strong knowledge of property regulations and standards
*Excellent communication and report writing skills
*Ability to manage contractors effectively
*Aptitude for working collaboratively within a team
*Have good experience with Damp and Mould Issues.
