Job Description:
Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join as established team and be part of a dynamic organisation. As the HR Advisor you will support Senior Managers with the process on all ER related cases, which will include low-level to complex and sensitive cases which are high volume and will include coaching and developing managers on best practice, next steps and outcomes. You will provide advice and guidance across all employee issues including disciplinary, sickness absence, grievance, performance, as well as managing TUPE, change and organisational, restructuring.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have come from a fast-paced and high-volume working environment, ideally a multidisciplined / matrix-type business in construction, facilities or retail etc.
You will have expert knowledge around ER as well as a generalist remit
Have managed senior stakeholder relationships
Be CIPD L5 as minimum (or equivalent)
