Description
The Legal Counsel will be:
*Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including tech, outsourcing, and supplier contracts.
*Advising on contractual risks and mitigating exposure for the business.
*Supporting internal stakeholders on legal aspects of high-value deals.
*Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
*Managing relationships with external legal advisors as needed.
Profile
The Legal Counsel should be:
*A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ PQE.
*Experienced in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts.
*Skilled at advising on legal risk in commercial agreements.
*Collaborative, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
*Knowledgeable in telecoms or technology sectors (preferred but not essential).
Job Offer
