Role Responsibilities *Project manage the financial reporting process for a varied client portfolio
*Prepare financial statements and tax computations for complex assignments and larger groups
*Communicate effectively with the audit team and directly with clients to gather information and resolve queries
*Submit approved financial statements and statutory tax returns in line with reporting requirements and deadlines
*Identify opportunities to improve client reporting and taxation, recommending advisory services as needed
*Coach, train, and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise
*Review work produced by junior staff, ensuring high standards and compliance

Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will:
*Be self-motivated and a strong team player
*Hold or be working towards ACCA or ACA qualification
*Have a strong technical understanding of accounting standards, particularly FRS 102
*Possess previous experience preparing charity accounts (desirable but not essential)
*Demonstrate excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments
*Have strong communication skills, particularly in delegating and coaching junior team members
*Be experienced in using CaseWare or similar software (desirable)
