We are looking for a driven Sales person to be a key member of our busy office and involved in the daily Sales operation of the supply of bespoke timber staircases.
Salary: TBA around £40k base salary (£60k with bonuses)
Location: Wincester
Hours: Fully office based Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm
Benefits: 33 days holiday, company pension, lunch provided 3 days per week, close between Xmas and NY, no weekend or Bank Holday working
Role Objectives:
*Take details from customers drawing and specifications
*Build rapport with potential customers, making sure they are aware of our services and you understand their needs
*Draw up stair quotes using ’StairBiz’ and present to customer
*Have all quotes out within 48hrs from receiving the enquiry
*Follow up quotes and win orders to secure sales to meet sales targets lead by example to consistently close orders and increase conversion rate while maintaining profit.
