Description
*Develop and implement tax strategies and policies that comply with laws and regulations.
*Manage and provide guidance to the tax compliance and operations team.
*Prepare tax returns and ensure accurate reporting.
*Conduct complex tax research and provide expert advice to clients.
*Lead and participate in client meetings to discuss tax implications and strategies.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
*Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
*Oversee tax audits and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Profile
A successful Corporate Tax Senior Manager should have:
*An advanced degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance or related field.
*Professional certification such as ACCA, CTA, or ACA.
*Proven experience in a senior tax role within the professional services industry.
*Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
