Receptionist *Annual Salary: £24,000- £28,000

An exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to provide essential support within a dynamic team. Based in Mitcham, you will deliver professional reception services and administrative support, ensuring efficient operations across our corporate environment.
Day-to-day of the role: *Manage incoming e-mails and telephone calls with professionalism.
*Handle photocopying, managing incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
*Greet clients warmly and direct them appropriately within the office.
*Type documents, maintain spreadsheets, and manage electronic and paper filing systems.
*Liaise with members of staff across various departments to support office coordination.
*Organise and file documents and computer-based information to maintain orderliness.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience in a reception or administrative role.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
*High accuracy and attention to detail.
*Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
*Strong and clear communication skills.
*A flexible attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*Eligibility to work in the UK.
