Office Assistant *Annual Salary: £28000
*Location: NW3, London
*Job Type: Full-time
Join our team as an Office Assistant at a leading pharmaceutical company. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our office and providing comprehensive support to our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organised, adept in administrative duties, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day of the role: *Manage the Managing Director’s filing system to ensure files are labelled and easily accessible.
*Prepare the Managing Director for meetings, conferences, or trade shows, including arranging necessary details for overseas visits.
*Generate and update product brochures and maintain the company website.
*Handle some of the Managing Director’s personal matters, including property letting and administration.
*Assist with the processing of sales orders.
*Perform reception duties (not front of house) and manage day-to-day office administration including handling post, booking couriers, and occasional banking.
*Provide proactive assistance to other staff members as required.
*Maintain the stock room and pack small ad hoc orders.
*Handle export documentation (note: training will be provided).
*Act as the facilities officer.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Strong administrative experience.
*Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
*Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
*Excellent telephone techniques and communication skills.
*Capability to multitask and adapt to changing demands.
