Job Description:

Day-to-day of the role: *Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen.
*Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
*Develop and implement new menus and recipes that meet the high standards of our establishment.
*Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
*Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
*Handle any issues that arise in the kitchen and act swiftly to resolve them.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
*Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
*Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
*Proficiency in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
*Culinary school diploma or equivalent hands-on experience.
*Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
