Job Description:
REED Business Support in Bath is delighted to be working in conjunction with a renowned business in their search for a Programme and Events Co-ordinator.
This role is 100% REMOTE (you will need to be based locally to Bath)
6 month TEMPORARY contract - could go permanent
Part-time – 2 days (15 hours per week)
£13.72 per hour
The role is temporary and to start in January 2025
The successful Temporary Programme Co-ordinator will ideally have a background in event management, co-ordination coupled with strong administrative skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Provide co-ordination on training and events for the above programmes in accordance with senior managers, including day to day administration such as: supporting speakers/trainers/mentors, confirming agendas and logistic details, liaison & booking of venues as appropriate or with online providers/platform, communication with delegates/participants etc …
• Organise feedback from attendees of training and events in order to ensure a process of continual improvement
• Organise and host meetings with clients/funders and event/training sessions for delegates/participants both online and face to face
• Act as key point of contact for all internal and external enquiries related to the programmes above adopting a professional response to both email and phone enquiries
• Build good working relationships with colleagues across the team, being flexible to work on other aspects as required.
• Manage data on the relevant system and other supporting systems and ensure all is up to date and accurate
• Report in a timely and accurate manner on applications and progress towards programme KPI and targets
• Create and manage processes to track and report on all stages for engagement with participants/funders
• Work closely with the marketing team to maximise and realise the publicity opportunities for each training programme and event, including the appropriate use of social and new media
The ideal candidate should:
• Have lots of initiative
• Be a self-starter
• Previous events/training/programme co-ordination experience is highly desirable
• Have a strong background in administration
