You will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, provide guidance to staff, and help foster a culture of compliance within the organisation. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies and procedures. * Monitor and ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies. * Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks. * Provide training and support to staff on compliance issues. * Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders. * Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
