EXPERIENCED FAMILY LAWYER, 4 YEARS’ PLUS PQE, SURREY, £COMPETITIVE

This is a rare opportunity for a Family Solicitor with 4 years’ plus PQE looking to join a small, well established and highly reputable firm.
You will undertake quality private family work including:
• financial arrangements,
• cohabitation agreements and cohabitee disputes,
• issues relating to children,
• dissolution of civil partnerships,
• LBGTQ family matters, and
• high-net worth financial remedy cases.
You will become part of a close-knit team that prides itself on offering pragmatic, sensitive and supportive advice, where the goal is to resolve issues without acrimony. You will work directly under the Head of Department and may be required to supervise a trainee from time to time.
