PE28 9RF, is excited to expand our team with the addition of an assistant Head Baker. This is a full-time position that offers a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about baking, regardless of experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare a variety of baked goods, including pastries, bread.
- Follow recipes and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
- Assist in managing inventory and ensuring a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain efficient workflows.
- Contribute creative ideas for new products and seasonal offerings.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experiance as a baker essential and must be efficiant with sourdough prodiuction.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and a passion for baking.
