Day-to-Day of the Role: *Collaborate with families, foster carers, and other professionals to develop and implement tailored care plans.
*Conduct assessments and provide support to ensure the well-being and development of children in care.
*Maintain accurate records and reports on child progress and care activities.
*Participate in training and development sessions to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
*Engage in reflective practice and supervision to improve service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *BA or MA in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, or equivalent recognised qualification.
*Registered with Social Work England.
*Experience working with children and families, preferably as a qualified social worker.
*Strong relationship-building skills with children, families, colleagues, and partner agencies.
*Ability to analyse information effectively and write high-quality assessments.
*Commitment to continuous professional development.
