HR Consultant – Organisational Change

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced HR Consultant to drive a high-profile organisational change programme that will shape the future of healthcare delivery.
*Salary: £64,455
*Duration: 6-month FTC
*Location: Truro (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)
*Start Date: Immediate
As the HR Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of a strategic transformation, aligning new organisational design with cultural evolution, HR policy, and staff engagement. Your work will directly support the continuity of patient care and service excellence during a period of exciting change.
What You’ll Bring:
*Proven Change Leadership: You’ve successfully led large-scale organisational change in complex environments, ideally within the healthcare or public sector.
*Strategic Influence: You’re confident in consulting and negotiating with Trade Unions, and skilled at presenting sensitive, complex information to senior stakeholders.
*Methodological Expertise: You bring hands-on knowledge of change management frameworks and project delivery principles (e.g. PRINCE2).
*Company Insight: You understand the intricacies of our client’s governance, HR policies (Agenda for Change), and the unique challenges of change in clinical settings.
*Exceptional Communication: You’re a natural influencer, able to engage and inspire diverse staff groups while navigating challenging conversations with clarity and empathy
