Supply Science Teacher

Day-to-day of the role:
*Deliver engaging and informative science lessons across various secondary schools in Norfolk.
*Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs and interests.
*Maintain discipline in accordance with the school’s procedures and enforcement of school rules.
*Prepare and mark work to facilitate positive pupil development.
*Keep up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
*Coordinate activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum, supporting colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area.
*Stay informed of and respond to curriculum developments and initiatives at national, regional, and local levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*A degree in Science or a related subject.
*Experience teaching science in a secondary school environment.
*Strong classroom management skills.
*Ability to create an engaging and inclusive educational atmosphere.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
