Job Description:
Successful FMCG retail business require a Supply Chain Analyst. Applicants need previous experience in a; supply chain, merchandising, demand planning, forecasting, logistics, purchasing, order management or sales order processing role and analytical skills.
Are you a commercially minded Supply Chain, Planning, Merchandising, Forecasting, Purchasing or Logistics professional with a passion for delivering results and building strong partnerships? Look no further, my client are looking to hire a proactive and driven individual to join our team and take ownership of product availability and inventory performance for key customers.
Specific duties of the Supply Chain Analyst include:
*Managing stock availability and performance to meet internal and customer targets
*Collaborating with key customers and suppliers to ensure smooth, on-time stock replenishment
*Leading range changes and supporting new product launches
*Forecasting demand monthly and planning for promotional events
*Identifying and resolving issues that affect stock efficiency and customer satisfaction
*Providing outstanding customer service through clear and timely communication
*Supporting the wider supply team with ad hoc tasks and analysis
Supply Chain Analyst applicants should meet the following criteria:
*Previous experience in a; Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand Planning, Forecasting, Merchandising, Sales Order Processing, Order Management
*Experience within a FMCG or retail environment would be advantageous
*Strong IT skills - MS Excel, Power BI, or MRP, ERP
*Previous experience with forecasting
*Commercial mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
*A relationship builder - both internally and externally
*Proactive, positive, and resilient
