The organisation is recognised for its professional management of estates and its contribution to public sector services in London.
This temporary, full-time position offers £16.90 per hour plus holiday pay for 36 hours per week. The initial six-week contract runs through to Christmas, with strong potential for extension into the new year. The role offers flexible hybrid working, requiring a minimum of two office days per week.
You’ll support the Legal and Estates teams, ensuring smooth coordination of daily operations and casework. You’ll be the first point of contact for any internal or external legal cases, maintaining clear and timely communication across departments. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines are key, ensuring all cases are managed and closed out efficiently. This is a varied, busy position suited to a confident coordinator, administrator or PA who enjoys responsibility and being part of a sociable team.
Project/Office Coordinator – Key Responsibilities:*Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries, managing shared inboxes and ensuring timely responses. You’ll be the first point of contact for any internal or external legal cases.
*Maintain and update information for the Legal and Estates teams across internal and external systems.
*Oversee financial administration including invoices, purchase orders, budget monitoring and support with year-end activity.
*Support document management and compliance, including Companies House, Land Registry and Charity Commission filings.
*Coordinate meetings and events, preparing papers, circulating agendas and taking accurate minutes.
*Provide general administrative support such as travel bookings, stationery orders and preparing signed documentation.
Project/Office Coordinator – Key Skills:*Proven administration or secretarial experience, ideally within a legal, estates or governance environment.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Confident user of Microsoft Word and Outlook with a good aptitude for IT systems.
*Numerate and analytical with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
*A proactive and adaptable team player who works with professionalism and discretion.
