Job Description:
SF Recruitment is working exclusively with a dynamic and commercially focused accounting firm with 30+ offices across the UK. Offering their clients the best in class service across Tax, Audit and Consulting. They have a high performing accounts function supporting the business, including a Credit Team of 8 in Birmingham who are Headed up by a highly well thought of Fellow member of the CICM.

Your new role
- Proactively engage with clients and internal stakeholders to drive the timely collection of outstanding fees.
- Identify and manage exposure risk.
- Utilise all communication tools available to manage your client portfolio (predominantly verbally).
- Working with the team to meet both internal targets but also to meet client SLAs and KPIs
- Managing and escalating risk and queries
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Allocating cash and payments
- Updating client information and Credit check reviews.
What you’ll need
- 2+ years’ experience in Credit Control
- Professional service experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and ability to build report with customers and internal stakeholders is key
- Good system skills, including Excel
