We’re working with a highly respected, Chartered Financial Planning firm based in Guildford that’s looking to add a Senior IFA Administrator to its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, client-focused environment that truly values its people.
The RoleAs a Senior IFA Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting a team of Financial Planners, ensuring that clients receive an exceptional service throughout the advice process.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Preparing and processing new business applications
*Producing valuations, illustrations and client review packs
*Liaising with providers and clients to obtain policy information
*Maintaining accurate client records on the back-office system
*Supporting Paraplanners and Advisers with technical administration tasks
About YouWe’re looking for someone with:
*Previous experience working within an IFA or Wealth Management environment
*Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*A proactive, team-oriented approach
