Job Title: Court of Protection Paralegal
Location: Burnley or Preston (Hybrid: 3 days remote, 2 days in office)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Court of Protection Paralegal to join our growing team. This role offers a balance of remote and office-based working, providing flexibility while maintaining close contact with clients and colleagues. The successful candidate will support our legal team in all aspects of Court of Protection work, ensuring high-quality service and efficient case management.

Key Responsibilities:
*Assist solicitors with preparation and submission of Court of Protection applications.
*Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports relevant to Court of Protection matters.
*Conduct legal research and gather supporting evidence for cases.
*Liaise with clients, their families, and other professionals to provide updates and gather information.
*Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
*Support fee earners in managing deadlines and prioritising workloads.
Requirements:
*Previous experience working in Court of Protection or related areas of law.
*Strong understanding of the Court of Protection process and relevant legislation.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work both independently and as part of a team.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
Working Arrangement:
*Hybrid role: 3 days remote working, 2 days in the office (ideally Burnley or Preston).
