Employment Lawyer (6+ years’)
A leading Employment Law team is seeking a senior Employment Lawyer/LD to join its highly regarded practice in Edinburgh. Recognised in both Legal 500 and Chambers, the team is known for having more accredited employment specialists than any other in Scotland and works with some of the country’s best-known employers as well as Senior Executives.
The role will involve advising clients on the full range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious, including representation at employment tribunals. You will manage your own caseload with autonomy, deliver clear and pragmatic advice often under tight deadlines and play a key role in business development through client relationships, seminars and cross-practice initiatives.
Key Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE in employment law
*Strong experience advising large employer clients
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly
*Confident in managing client relationships and supporting business growth
*Collaborative, personable and adaptable
