This well-established, award-winning law firm is now hiring a Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Experienced Fee Earner to join its dynamic and growing Private Client department in Devon.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
You will manage your own diverse caseload of private client matters including:
*Drafting Wills and advising on Estate Planning
*Administering Estates and Probate
*Creation and management of Trusts
*Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
*Inheritance Tax planning and wealth preservation
*(Optional) Court of Protection work
You’ll also be encouraged to participate in business development, networking and growing your client base within the local community and professional circles.
Your Profile:
We welcome applications from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced Paralegals or Fee Earners with:
*2+ years’ experience in Private Client law
*Strong client communication and case management skills
*STEP and/or SFE accreditations (or working towards them) – desirable but not essential
*Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
*Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
