The Role – Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive
You will manage a varied and established caseload, including:
*Wills, estate planning, and succession advice
*Probate and estate administration
*Powers of Attorney (PoA)
*Trusts, including work for High Net Worth (HNW) clients
*Optional work with agricultural and rural estates
You will have the autonomy to manage files efficiently, providing high-quality client service and building strong local relationships.
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx) in England & Wales
*Minimum 1 year PQE in private client work
*Ability to handle a caseload independently
*Client-focused, proactive and personable approach
