About the Role
You will play a key role in managing a varied and challenging caseload while supporting and collaborating with senior leadership. The work is complex, multi-sector and often cross-border in scope.
Matters typically include:
*Commercial contract disputes
*Construction and engineering litigation
*International arbitration
*Fraud and asset recovery
*Insolvency and restructuring litigation
*IP and technology-related disputes
About You
*Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
*5+ years PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
*Confident leading on files and client relationships
*A strategic thinker with a commercial mindset
*Looking for a career move with genuine long-term progression to Partner
