Job Description:
A prestigious international Bank is seeking a qualified Lawyer with experience as a Loan Documentation Specialist.
Your responsibilities will include:
* *Managing the preparation and completion of loan documentation (bilateral and syndicated) to ensure full compliance with the Bank’s standards and regulatory requirements
*Collaborating with Account Officers regarding documentation queries, tracking and release to meet business needs – ensuring validity and alignment with approved credit terms
*Liaising with law firms to obtain opinions on the validity and enforceability of documents
*Managing NDAs for both primary and secondary deals
*Providing post-closing documentation support
*Preparing documentation for the release of securities upon credit approval
Your experience must include:
* *Be a qualified lawyer
*Proven experience handling loan documentation for commercial real estate for investment and development
*Chinese speaker is ESSENTIAL
*Ideally experienced with LMA primary and secondary documentation
This role will be hybrid – working 4 days a week in the office and 1 day remotely.
