Job Description:
Package: £26K-28K Basic + Commission (£40K OTE Year 1) (£50K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

You’ll be placing Senior and Director level candidates into some of the most prestigious healthcare facilities, meaning fantastic earning potential.

The Role:
*Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
*Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
*Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
*Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
*Managing your candidate database.
*Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
The Requirements:
*Minimum 2:1 degree OR sales experience OR commercial experience
*Ambition and drive
*Time management, efficiency and exceptional work ethic
*Strong communicative ability
*Progressive and career minded
*A personality that thrives on meritocracy and an autonomous environment
