Private Client Solicitor - Legal 500 Firm | Reading | £50,000-£60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Are you a Private Client Solicitor looking to join a highly regarded, Chambers & Legal 500 recognised law firm with an exceptional reputation for client service? Our client is seeking an ambitious solicitor with NQ - 3 years’ PQE to join its successful Private Client team in Reading as part of its succession planning.
You’ll be working within a friendly and supportive department of eight fee earners, supported by an experienced Legal Secretary. The firm offers excellent career progression, a competitive salary package and a modern, collaborative working environment.
Key responsibilities:
*Managing straightforward Probate matters with minimal supervision
*Assisting on a range of Wills, Trusts and Estate matters
*Advising clients on Inheritance Tax (IHT), Powers of Attorney, Trust creation and administration and Elderly client issues
*Supporting with Court of Protection work and Estate accounting
Requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) - NQ - 3 years’ PQE in Private Client Law
*Strong technical knowledge and client care skills
*STEP qualification desirable but not essential
