Job Description:
Senior Design Manager - salary up to £125,000 - Colchester - Leading Facade Construction Business - to grow out the design function - ideally a start in 2025
Projects are across prime central and typically range up to £10,000,000+, you’ll need of been in a senior leadership role with an outstanding grasp of engineering to succeed in this role.
The role:
Your role will be made up of 35% team leadership and development, 35% commercial design management, 20% strategic design direction, and 10% technical oversight.
Experience needed:
- Ideally experience gained from façade, modular construction, structural or M&E, aerospace, or automotive backgrounds
- Experience of recruiting & growing design teams and technical talent of at least six staff members
- Experience delivering complex project solutions (£10m+)
- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders
