Job Description:

Our client based in Norwich city centre is seeking an Administrator to join their criminal law firm operating primarily in Norfolk.
The successful applicant will be responsible for general administrative duties to include but not limited to:
· Answering inbound calls
· Making outbound calls
· Passing on detailed messages
· Drafting letters
· Opening and the preparation of files in both digital and paper form
· Diary maintenance and management in digital form
· Time recording
· Archiving
· Creating invoices
· Taking PDQ payments in person and over the phone
· Accurate recording of payments made and received
· Ordering of stationary in accordance with office needs
· Preparation of post
· Photocopying and scanning
The successful applicant must have the following skills:
· Be an excellent communicator
· Accurate typing skills
· Ability to multi-task
· To think clearly under pressure
· Good IT skills
· Ability to prioritise work
· Excellent organisational skills
The successful applicant must also be
· Punctual
· Well presented
· Polite
· Diligent
· Discreet
· Non-judgemental
The successful applicant would ideally have all or at least some of the following:
· An interest in criminal law
· Experience of working within the criminal justice system
· Experience of working within a law firm
· Administration experience
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday offers an attractive salary and company benefits depending on experience.
