The Role:
You’ll handle a mix of residential and light commercial conveyancing, joining one of several busy, close-knit teams.
Work will include:
*Managing files from instruction through to completion (initially 10-15, building to 50-80)
*Sales, purchases, leaseholds, remortgages and small commercial transactions
*Liaising directly with clients, lenders, agents and colleagues to keep matters progressing smoothly
*Supervising or mentoring junior staff as your caseload grows
About You:
*Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (NQ-5 PQE)
*Experienced across the full conveyancing lifecycle, not just one process stage
*Proactive, organised and confident handling your own workload
*Collaborative team player who values mentoring and being mentored
