Reed.co.uk is looking for a Lead Designer to join their team in Holborn, London.

What You’ll Do *Lead, mentor and grow a small design team.
*Deliver elegant, user-centred product experiences across web and mobile.
*Champion UX and UI best practices, from research through to polished design.
*Oversee and evolve our Design System and reusable UI patterns.
*Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver innovative solutions that meet both user and business needs.
What We’re Looking For *7+ years’ hands-on UI/UX experience with a strong digital portfolio.
*Expert in design tools (Figma/Sketch, Adobe CS) and user research methods.
*Skilled at stakeholder management and communicating design vision.
*Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a passion for great design.
*Commercially aware, proactive, and able to balance user needs with business goals.
