Reporting directly into an impressive and personable Commercial Finance Director; this is a highly visible Commercial Business Partnering role. Operating as part of the wider finance team you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders providing financial, analytical and business support and challenge to ensure sound decision making and profitable growth.
The Commercial Finance Business Partner responsibilities include:-
*Develop and utilise MI systems to drive profitability and support business strategy and growth.
*Challenge, Persuade & influence the Management Team looking at performance and offer corrective action insights.
*Provide market insights impacting company activities, analysing revenue trends, and quantifying Profit and Loss impact.
*Budgeting and forecasts; providing key analytical support for Projects and Investments.
*Production of ad hoc management reporting and financial insights to support decision-making.
*Ad Hoc duties as is required.

Applicants will be Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACCA or QBE/ PQ with at least 3 year’s Financial Analysis /Business Partnering experience gained within a large business facing corporate environment. You will have a broad commercial acumen and the gravitas and personality to Business Partner with Senior Management, comfortable with proposing, justifying, initiating and implementing change. You will be familiar with working to tight deadlines in a high pressure environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail and will have experience in performing root cause analysis, developing & implementing process improvements and robust controls. You will have excellent analytical skills, advanced knowledge MS Excel and SAP experience would be advantageous.
