Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced legal professional to lead our in-house conveyancing team. You’ll manage the disposal of plots annually, including part exchanges and resales, while driving efficiency and excellence across three regional business units.
What You’ll Do
*Lead and inspire a team of 15, ensuring top-quality conveyancing services.
*Oversee plot sales, part exchanges, and related transactions.
*Provide proactive legal advice and attend key development meetings.
*Manage infrastructure agreements, land transfers, and historic site issues.
*Ensure compliance with internal policies and promote best practice.
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
*Strong background in property law and residential conveyancing.
*2 years minimum of people management experience
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
