The Real Estate team acts for a wide range of clients including developers, investors, landlords, tenants and financial institutions, offering exposure to high-quality and varied work.
The Role:
You’ll handle a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including:
*Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
*Landlord and tenant work (leases, renewals, assignments, surrenders)
*Development projects and investment transactions
*Supporting corporate colleagues on property aspects of business sales and acquisitions
You’ll be encouraged to develop client relationships and take ownership of matters with support from experienced partners and a collaborative team.
About You:
*Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in commercial property
*Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
*Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
*Keen to progress within a friendly, supportive and forward-thinking firm
