IFA Administrator
Leeds
Salary: up to £32,000
NJR Recruitment is working with a longstanding, successful, and directly authorised Independent Financial Advice practice in North Leeds, who are looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join their busy and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and knowledgeable individual who is confident within financial planning administration and ideally keen to develop into paraplanning in the future.
The Role:
As an IFA Administrator, you will provide essential support to the advisers and play a key part in ensuring a smooth client experience. Responsibilities include:
*Processing new business applications, including investment trades
*Compiling client review packs, valuations, and illustrations
*Managing and processing Letters of Authority
*Assisting with suitability report preparation
*Maintaining accurate client records on Intelligent Office
*Liaising with clients, providers, and third parties
*Ensuring all information is compliant and up to date
About You:
We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator who can demonstrate:
*Strong knowledge of Intelligent Office (essential)
*Experience using FE Analytics (ideal but not essential)
*Confidence using investment platforms
*Good understanding of Word and Excel, or willingness to learn
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*A proactive and professional approach
*Desire to progress into paraplanning (optional but beneficial)
