Overview:
Join a specialist claimant employment law team dedicated to supporting individuals and trade unions through workplace disputes and modern industrial relations challenges. This is a chance to work on meaningful cases that make a real difference, including trade union-backed tribunal claims and significant appeal matters.
Role Requirements:
You’ll manage a varied caseload covering the full spectrum of employment law claims, deliver training on the Employment Rights Bill and provide expert advice to clients. The role focuses on quality work -not unrealistic billing targets -allowing you to concentrate on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
Experience:
*3+ years PQE in employment law
*Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
*Experience in tribunal work and contentious employment matters
Skills:
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Ability to provide practical, solution-focused advice
*Organisational skills and adaptability
