The Role
As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, you will support an experienced Conveyancer throughout the entire property transaction process, from initial instruction to post-completion.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assisting with residential conveyancing transactions
*Handling file openings and client communications
*Managing post-completion tasks, including AP1 submissions and Land Registry applications
*Providing essential administrative and legal support
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience: At least 6 months in a conveyancing department within a UK-based law firm
*Skills: Strong knowledge of file openings, post-completion tasks and legal procedures
*Attributes: Detail-oriented, ambitious and eager to develop within residential conveyancing
