Role Requirements:
You’ll manage complex disputes, advise clients on contentious matters and handle court proceedings. The role involves both autonomous work and supervising junior team members, with exposure to hearings in the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts.
Experience:
- 3-8 years PQE in commercial litigation
- Proven ability to manage complex disputes and court proceedings
- Experience advising clients on contentious matters
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Business development acumen
- Ability to provide high-quality, practical advice under tight deadlines
