Reed FE are working with a College in Bordesley Green and are seeking a dedicated GCSE Maths Lecturer to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about mathematics education and is looking for a flexible working arrangement, with both part-time and full-time hours available.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Deliver engaging and effective GCSE Maths lessons to diverse groups of students.
*Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that meet curriculum standards.
*Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
*Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs and interests.
*Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
*Participate in departmental meetings, training, and professional development sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Teaching qualification.
*Experience teaching GCSE Maths or related subjects.
*Strong understanding of the current curriculum and teaching standards.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to engage and inspire students.
