Job Description:
We are recruiting a proactive Sales Administrator to support a growing business in Poole. This is a great role for someone who enjoys writing, coordinating tasks, and producing high-quality documents that contribute to winning new contracts.
The Role*Support the preparation, writing and formatting of bids, proposals and case studies.
*Coordinate timelines, deadlines and contributions across the Sales team.
*Assist with bid submissions and maintain the content library.
*Prepare quotations and keep the CRM system up to date.
*Ensure documentation meets internal and industry compliance standards.
Person SpecificationEssential*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Strong IT skills, including confident use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
*Outstanding attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
*Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively.
*Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality written documents.
*Comfortable working collaboratively across different teams and departments.
Desirable*Experience with public sector procurement, tenders or frameworks.
*Knowledge of fire, security or electrical test & inspection industries.
*Previous experience in consultancy, procurement, bid writing, or similar.
*Familiarity with Joblogic or other CRM systems.
