Chartered Surveyor – Residential & Commercial
Location: UK-wide (Home-based)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 base + uncapped commission + benefits

The Role
You’ll be responsible for generating fee-paying income through a variety of valuation and survey work, including:
*RICS Home Surveys (Level 2 & 3)
*Red Book Valuations
*Bespoke Building Surveys
*Help to Buy, Probate, and Matrimonial Valuations
You’ll also have the chance to work on specialist projects for lenders, housing associations, and private clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your expertise with full support from regional managers and mentors.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver high-quality valuation and survey reports using leading tech platforms (eTech, Quest, GoReport, Valos)
*Build your personal brand and develop business within a 25–40 mile radius of your home
*Network locally to grow business levels and maintain strong professional relationships
*Meet KPIs for turnaround times and audit compliance
*Provide exceptional customer service to both private and corporate clients
*Stay connected with your regional team through regular meetings and calls
About You
*MRICS or FRICS qualified with at least 2 years post-qualification experience
*Registered Valuer status
*Strong knowledge of your local area (within a 40-mile radius)
*Self-motivated, commercially aware, and able to work independently
*Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
*Full UK driving licence
